Angkor Wat is the most famous temple among the Angkor ruins. This temple is the largest Hindu temple in the world. With her charming and incredible architecture, Angkor Wat always impresses visitors. Bayon Temple is famous for the 216 giant smiling faces of Buddha which were painstakingly sculptured in hard stone on all 54 towers of the temple. It was built under the reign of god king Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century and was dedicated to the religion of Buddhism.
